    Job Title: Furniture Project Coordinator (Full Time, Permanent)

    Salary: £40,000

    Core Hours: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, Monday – Friday

    Location: London

    Reporting to: Furniture Director

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly passionate, methodical, organized, and compliant Furniture Project Coordinator from within the Design & Build, Fit-Out, Dealer, or Manufacturing sector. With an acute eye for detail and a passion for supporting the team, you will be an integral part of our dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial team in London. As a Furniture Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to work alongside the Sales team, supporting them with product selections and quotations to secure client business. You will oversee and manage projects from order placement to completion, along with handling various administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Support
    • Direct liaison with clients and the main Salesperson to finalize specifications to the point of order.
    • Project responsibility from handover from sales to coordination of handover to the Project Manager (the main salesperson retains overall responsibility).
    • Management of additional or ad hoc client requests in collaboration with the salesperson.
    • Referral of all commercial decisions back to the salesperson, while demonstrating commercial awareness.
    • Compilation of quotes based on drawings and a brief.
    • Sending purchase orders to suppliers and liaising with the supply chain based on any queries.
    • Receiving and checking order acknowledgments against placed orders.
    • Facilitating the handover from sales to the Project Manager.
    • Collaboration with the design team to ensure drawings and presentations are accurate.
    • Verification of invoices and approval against placed orders.
    • Creation, monitoring, and closure of financial reports.
    • Production of O&M Manuals
    • Project completion review
