    Job Description

    Serves as a trusted advisor to both sales counterparts and customers. Executes and modifies the sales strategy needed during presale engagements. Facilitates the sales process, by gathering customer requirements for relevant opportunities. Provides product knowledge and service expertise.

    Essential Functions:

    • Performs requirement discovery calls with customers.
    • Drafts sales proposal estimates and presales documentation.
    • Manages relationships with client and company.
    • Reviews, edits and manages RFX response content.
    • Performs on-site customer meetings and presentations.
    • Reviews and drafts statement of work documentation and other reports as necessary.
    • Prepares high-level and tailored solution demonstrations.
    • Responds to customer and sales team requests/questions.
    • Works with the sales team to develop and deliver customer pitches.
    • Provides internal sales support and conducts meetings.
    • Maintains software certification credentials.
    • Develops and drafts components to support business cases.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Mentors Solution Consultants and Associate Consultants.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS or Human Resources.
    • SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certifications.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience HCM cloud products pre-sales support experience.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in HRIT consulting and/or management consulting.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • SAP SuccessFactors Professional certifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

    • Expert in various SAP SuccessFactors modules and/or comparable Cloud Computing solutions.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Experience with customer interaction.
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
    • Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills; ability to evaluate and implement ideas.
    • Creates effective and compelling presentations; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and frequently; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations.
    • Excellent written and oral communication; competent note taking capabilities.
    • Strong ability to be ever evolving within the role.
    • Mentor Solution Consultants and Associate Consultants.
