Our Sister Company SeaFarms is looking for a Supply Chain and Logistics Administrator to join their well established Supply Chain team.

Creating & amending purchase orders ensuring they are accurate prior to sending to suppliers.
Liaising with relevant departments to set up product codes and maintain scheduling sheets.
Act as the custodian of departmental records.
Creating and distributing of notification of changes (NOC's) to all relevant departments.
Communication both verbal & written with internal departments, our supply base and customers.
Develop & maintain appropriate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful completion of Sea Farms business objectives.
Ensuring departmental records are kept up to date and in a timely manner.
Responding to requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a department representative at appropriate internal meetings.
Liaising with technical, commercial, NPD departments to ensure records are reconciled appropriately.

Hours of work - 09:00-15:00 Monday - Thursday, we can be flexible on start and finish times, this can be discussed at interview stage.

Salary £16,000 P.A per hour)

Accountabilities:
-
***Producing accurate information and meaningful communications.

Ensuring that the department is fully supported from an administrative perspective.
Effective communicator both verbal & written.
Minimum GCSE Grade A/B (6/7)
English Language & Mathematics.
IT literate especially MSExcel and MSWord, plus competent with project software.
Previous experience working with Oracle desirable.
Previous experience of dealing with shipping documentation an advantage.
Detailed and able to produce accurate information without the need for support.
Ability to work without direction and meet strict deadlines.
