Director of Marketing Operations - Hybrid / Cornwall / £80k-£90k

I am working with a known retail company that is looking for a marketing director to join their team. You will be part of their marketing leadership team, this role will lead the planning and execution of their marketing campaigns. Ensure the brand and product content reach their customers smoothly.

Responsibility:

• Manage a team responsible for campaign planning, product marketing, branding, social media, customer insights, and international marketing.
• Ensure seasonal marketing strategies align with business goals, brand, and customer needs.
• Guide creative and digital teams in implementing strategies effectively.
• Oversee research and analysis of customer data to inform seasonal goals and priorities.
• Plan and create trade and promotional messages that are creative, impactful, and compliant with regulations.
• Drive change and improvement within the team and company to facilitate growth into new markets and channels.
• Review and enhance processes and systems to optimize team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a fashion or product-based company.
• Experience leading organizational changes to improve efficiency.
• Strong skills in developing and managing brand campaigns and content strategies.
• Strategic thinking and simplifying complex ideas.
• Highly organized with a focus on improvement.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on business impact.
