    • Friday Double days shift patternOverviewAn opportunity has arisen for a maintenance engineer who is looking to move in to a shift pattern containing no nights and no weekends.
    You will be working as part of the maintenance team of a well-known manufacturer ensuring daily production targets are met and the lines are running to optimal efficiency.

    Each day will be different as you work across proactive and reactive maintenance as well as site projects and improvements.

    As part of a well established maintenance team, you will have a chance to continue to develop further down the line as well.

    Responsibilities for the Maintenance EngineerProactive maintenance and site PMsReactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns quicklyWorking across mechanical faults and maintenanceWorking on Engineering projects (e.g.

    commissioning, installations, relocations)Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes machine outputAdhering to site Health & safety rules and legislation on siteRequirements for the Maintenance EngineerTime-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subjectExperience working in a maintenance engineer role previously, ideally in a similar industryAbility to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment.
