Here at DS Smith, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Researcher / Resourcer to join our Strategic Hiring TA team.

We have identified a number of key strategic initiatives that will enable us to continue our growth and this will involve hiring new talent in our strategic areas; Digital & Data, Sustainability and Innovation/R&D.
Key responsibilities:
- Building talent pipelines and keeping talent engaged with DS Smith
- Creation of supporting documents such as target lists, assignment project plans and assignment progress reports.
- Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in top hires
- Identifying, recommending and/or implementing process improvements as a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- Provide research on competitors, collate market insights across comparative industry sectors. Building salary benchmarking insights on key roles, functions, and countries. Ability to map talent and create organisational charts in competitive organisation.
- Can effectively leverage and build an external network for insights and referrals, and leveraging internal employee recommendations.
About you:
- Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, experience in Xray searches, social sourcing and Boolean strings
- Ability to support sourcing efforts across multinational regions & ability to use talent maps and data to influence stakeholders
- Ability to quickly pivot focus based on business needs and continue to deliver results
- Attention to detail and organisation, with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, sometimes with mínimal direction, prioritise, and meet timelines
- Possess excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence a dedicated stakeholder group, delivering customer focused solutions.
- Low ego approach, and operates with humility
- Ability to communicate and present in a clear and compelling manner balancing intuition with logic and data and define and share point of view.
- Experience working with technology tools & digital platforms including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), online marketing campaigns, social media channels & video interviewing. Workday experience an advantage.
- Adept at working in an ambiguous or fastpaced, evolving situations, as well as setbacks and challenges.
- Have a growth mindset, and interest to seek out new experiences, ideas, knowledge and ways to improve for self and others
