    Description

    Experienced Architectural Technical Coordinator required to join a luxury Housing Developer near Wakefield who specialise in delivering high quality new build housing projects across the Yorkshire region.

    To assist in the management of all External Consultants to the Technical Team in the production of drawings for the design and construction of site developments, based on an internal brief from the management Team, to be negotiated with and submitted to the appropriate Authorities for speedy and satisfactory approvals in order to unlock and maximise development potential, and provide an architectural drawing and technical information service and support, to obtain, check and distribute information to other in-house teams and to assist construction.

    Provide technical support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments and maintain good communication to ensure the required level of service is maintained.

    Coordinate the submission of Planning & Building Regulation Applications and obtain planning permissions and other statutory approvals.

    Prepare/Co-ordinate Sales and Legal information e.g. Assist the in the production of pre-tender health & safety plans.

    At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

    At least 5 years experience in an Architectural Practice or house building / developer role.

    Previous experience of the new build residential sector.

    Excellent technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of standard details / building regulations, site plans, coordinates.

    Must have UK based work experience and a through understanding of UK building regulations.

    Salary depending on experience £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus £4,000 car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension and non-discretionary bonus scheme.
