Description
Global law firm recruiting a Private Equity Associate Lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE.The successful candidate will sit within the Corporate team advising fund sponsors and investors across all asset classes, including private equity, real estate, venture capital, hedge, credit, and infrastructure, on the full spectrum of issues faced across the entire lifecycle of a private equity fund.
The role will focus on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and managementteams on a broad range of matters, including auction and buyout processes, majority andminority investments, bolt-on acquisitions (acting either for investors or management), exits and corporate advisory work.
