    The Rewards Strategy Partner will be responsible for influencing, implementing, and managing the organisation's total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent for the relevant business area.
    This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners to design and execute comprehensive reward programs that align with the company's business objectives.

    These are some of the key ingredients to the role

    • Drive implementation of the global reward strategy for the relevant functions/segments and in line with the global strategy, to improve employee experience and business performance
    • Stay updated on reward regulations and best practices. Sharing this knowledge with HR and senior leaders
    • Build tailored solutions where unique requirements exist, whilst maintaining a global first mentality.
    • Proactively build strong relationships with key stakeholders (HRBPs and senior leaders) to become a trusted advisor, connecting with their functions/segments, to understand their goals, needs and influence their success
    • Influence the global rewards agenda from the relevant functions/segments perspective, developing functions/segments the people plan and representing the needs of the business.
    • Develop and present educational and training materials to ensure the socialisation and understanding of our reward plans, policies and lifecycle
    • Drive the continuous improvement and localisation of rewards programs, plans and practices to the relevant functions/segments
    • Serve as subject matter expert for rewards programs to leadership, management and HR communities providing guidance, recommendations and changes.
    • Develop easy to use analysis, reports and dashboards for your stakeholders.

    What will you bring to the table?

    • Strong experience working with Unions and Works councils to build positive and productive relationships
    • Deep understanding of compensation, benefits and global mobility in a high volume, operational environment
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in using data analytics tools, building dashboards/reports and using HRIS systems
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and external partners
    • Change management expertise, navigating teams through complex transformations
