    VP, Reward - EMEA

    Central London

    Perm

    Hybrid working; 3 days in office

    Up to £100,000 per annum plus bonus and bens

    Network HR are representing a high touch, global Investment Bank who are seeking a determined and ambitious Reward specialist to join a fast-paced and dynamic Comp team.

    This role will see you work closely with the Reward Director on day-to-day work aligned to the high-touch and strategic elements of the EMEA Reward scope as well as BAU day-to-day management which will include but won't be limited to:

    Data modelling

    Management planning of comp cycles

    Regulatory reporting with support from the MI team

    Step up into Director role when current incumbent is absent

    Support with key projects such as; performance management, incentive plan design and wider geographical support

    The Benefits Consultant will need the following skills and experience:

    · Self-starter attitude with the ability to work successfully in an autonomous environment

    · Must have prior experience working within Financial or Professional Services, ideally an SME environment

    · Ability to demonstrate experience of the annual rem cycles

    · Confident and effective communication

    This position will see you join a complex, fast paced SME that, is on a positive growth trajectory and will in turn require a strong and proactive Reward specialist.
