Teaching and Learning Support
Helping children to understand instructions. Ensuring pupils feel comfortable and confident in their own abilities. Listening to children read, reading to them, and telling them stories. Looking after vulnerable children who require a dedicated person to manage their physical needs, including their hygiene.

You will be supported by a dedicated and experienced team of teachers who put mentoring and coaching at the heart of their practice.

Is keen to work with children and support them in their learning.
Is positive in their approach to their work and all members of the school community.
Has the skills to work as part of the school team.
Is dedicated to supporting every child to achieve their very best.
Wants to develop their own teaching skills.
Be experienced and committed to positive behaviour management strategies.

Be a positive and enthusiastic addition to the school's lively learning environment.
Use teaching and learning objectives to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons/work plans as appropriate within agreed systems of supervision.
Support the role of parents and carers in pupils' learning and development.
Have experience contributing to meetings with parents or carers to provide constructive feedback on pupil's development milestones.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
