Reed HR are working alongside a large Housing Association based in North West London who are urgently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Advisor for initially 3 months.

This role is hybrid, so you will be expected to travel into the office 2/3 days a week.

Purpose of role:

The role of the Resourcing Advisor is to be the first point of contact for hiring managers, providing them with support and guidance for their recruitment campaigns.

You will manage your own business area and be responsible for developing great working relationships with all hiring managers.

Key result areas:

To deliver end to end recruitment campaigns, including the management of all recruitment campaigns.
Advise to ensure the provision of an appropriate recruitment and selection service that enables the organisation to tract and appoint suitability skilled employees in accordance with best practice.
To explain the process along with any resourcing material i.e. interview forms, Page Up guide and recruitment & selection policy. Providing managers with one to one support when necessary.
To advertise roles internally and externally across various platforms.
Application of employment legislation and good practice in all activities.
To ensure recruitment suppliers are effectively managed and is monitored and that value for money is achieved and evidenced
To be responsible for sending out the offer and be the main point of contact for the line manager.
To ensure that all recruitment policies, procedure and practices, including the Rooney Rule, are followed and in line with the current legislation and best practice so that consistent and standard practice is achieved across the organisation.
To take an active role in contributing to projects in the HR team and wider business.
