What you'll be doing:

As a integral member of the Content team, you'll:_
Craft compelling and highquality content for our website.
Maintain and optimise content within our Knowledge Management System to enhance the onsite customer experience.
Utilise our Content Management System for website updates and content publishing.
Provide timely support to the Content team, handling daytoday requests and ensuring content updates meet deadlines consistently.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, managing their requests and incorporating valuable feedback.
Champion brand consistency across all messaging.
Energetic and forwardthinking collaborator with a proactive mindset.
Demonstrates exceptional organisational efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent copywriting skills with a sharp eye for grammar and punctuation.
Adaptable in creating content tailored for diverse marketing channels, including CRM and the website.
Shows eagerness to engage in a variety of tasks and projects.
Exhibits flexibility and a receptive attitude towards feedback.
Displays proficient time management and organisational capabilities.
