About Our Client:


Due to growth in business this reputable bank is looking for a friendly and pro-active Customer Service Advisor to join their dedicated operations team.

Having seen substantial growth in business recently this business has now taken the digital approach to banking and is providing innovative and flexible solutions to their customers.


  • As a Customer Service Advisor you will:
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls from customers enquiring about new banking registration and digital banking queries
  • Maintain the internal CRM system ensuring customer details are inputted correctly
  • Understand and promote the Company Mission, Brand and Customer Service Standards
  • Direct customer calls to different departments according to the query
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and work towards individual targets

The Successful Applicant:


  • The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:
  • Previous telephone based customer service experience
  • A passion for providing excellent service to customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well as a team but also be a self motivator
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure and in busy environments
