    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across multiple regions (EMEA, US, UK, APAC) to optimize performance.
    • Conduct successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, space and location, visibility...
    • Drive Sell-in, analyse business performance on an ongoing basis proposing recommendations to improve sales
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners globally.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to executive leadership.
    • Drive the adoption of sales best practices and ensure effective communication within the sales team.
    • Evaluate and enhance sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
    • Represent the company to promote brand visibility and networking.

    Qualifications:

    -Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

    -Track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets on a global scale.

    -Strong understanding of the cosmetics market and trends.

    -Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

    -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

    -Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

    -Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

    -Willingness to travel as required.

    -French Speaker

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

    Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant sales experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
