- Monitor and manage the sales inbox efficiently to ensure prompt responses to customer queries and orders.
- Use sage to process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Print orders and dispatch paperwork, maintaining attention to detail.
- Facilitate the booking of goods onto carriers and ensuring seamless logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email channels.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Experience with Sage software, preferably Sage 50
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in sales administration is desirable
- Adaptable and flexible- must be willing to assist and help out in other departments when required

Salary:
£25,000 – £30,000 per annum
