    Description
    Sales Administrator/Order Processor

    Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Monday – Thursday), 8:30 am – 1:30 pm (Friday)

    Salary:
    £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

    Benefits:
    Company bonus (dependent on business performance), 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), Pension Scheme.

    Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator/ Order Processor join a company based in Measham on a permanent basis.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and manage the sales inbox efficiently to ensure prompt responses to customer queries and orders.
    • Use sage to process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Print orders and dispatch paperwork, maintaining attention to detail.
    • Facilitate the booking of goods onto carriers and ensuring seamless logistics.
    • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email channels.
    • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment

    Experience and Skills:

    • Experience with Sage software, preferably Sage 50
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Outlook
    • Previous experience in sales administration is desirable
    • Adaptable and flexible- must be willing to assist and help out in other departments when required
