    Abbey Court is a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. Maximum of 88 residents with old age, dementia or alzheimers.

    Job Advert Location Description

    We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager who is Nurse Qualified and has a active Pin to support the Home Manager in ensuring that the team will support the people in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of community, staff involvement activities and other initiatives.

    As a Deputy Manager you will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

    Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.

    This role will be 28 hours Supernumerary and 12 hours working the floor.
