Hours:
Monday to Friday - Either 8.30am - 5pm OR 9.30am - 6pm

Our established client based in the heart of Welwyn Garden City are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Team Leader to join their stunning offices.
This role will suit someone with excellent customer service skills and an ambitious individual that would like to progress within their role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Commercial Operations team to provide support to individual team members
- Managing performance and ensure behaviours are in line with organisational policies and values
- Undertake continuous coaching and development of the team
- Carrying regular meetings, performance appraisals and ensuring that KPI's are achieved
- Manage team communication and updates within processes
- Delivering the induction programme to team members
- Perform quality checks to ensure SLA's are met to correct standard
- Manage administrative tasks and distributing workload to team members
- Work with the memberships team to ensure customer feedback is actioned
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience within a Team Leader/ Manager position
- Ability to demonstrate leading, motivating and developing a team
- Strong user of CRM and IT systems including Word and Excel
- Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to responding to customer needs
- A proactive 'can do' attitude and problem solving capability
