Due to continued success, we are seeking an additional E-Billing Analyst to join our Leeds based Billing team to help manage our firmwide E-Billing process for the UK and International offices.

Our Leeds-based team, managed by the Billing, Rates and Data Manager, has significant knowledge across all areas of legal billing.

Working alongside a Senior E-Billing Analyst and the Billing Team, you will liaise daily with a variety of stakeholders and support the operational Group Finance teams.

Our team also supports system/process projects across the Group Finance directorate, offering opportunities for involvement in project teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate application of agreed rates, maintaining client and matter level data, and capturing precise new timekeeper data.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a finance function or legal environment, strong IT skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a knack for building effective relationships.

Experience with 3E and Ebilling Hub is preferable.
