    The Natural Doctor clinic on Harley Street is offering an exciting Breast Thermography Scan Technician/Administrative Assistant vacancy for a professional with an interest in natural medicine Please be advised that we are looking for our new candidate to start immediately and this position is a maternity cover (1-3 days per week until Feb 2025)

    Interest in health and natural medicine?Excellent admin skills?A caring personality?Passion in working in a fast-paced environment?Experience working in a medical environment?We are looking for a customer-focused and goal-orientated individual to join our patient support team.

    We are looking for a driven individual who can work well under pressure, and be personable with clients. We are pioneers in breast thermography and we will provide training to become a full breast scan technician. Good telephone manner is essential. Fluent written and spoken English is important to us.

    The post also involves full patient support ranging from answering telephone and email queries to ordering and supplying clients with supplements/prescriptions.

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer-facing roles
    • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a medical environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication with first-rate attention to detail
    • Clerical and administrative experience using computers including a working knowledge of simple database applications, word, excel, and email. Good typing speed.
    • Post-secondary education will be advantageous
    • A focus on good problem-solving skills
    • Excellent organisational skillsSalary - 25,000 pro-rataWorking hours: Mon-Tuesday/Wednesday 8.30/9-5.30Generous monthly bonus after passing the probation period (based on the clinic's performance)Paid overtime hoursExtra holidays over Christmas holidays when the clinic is closed
