- Delivering medium-sized, clean, maintainable features and solutions, resolve end-to end issues with an understanding of different possible approaches
- Conducting code reviews with an emphasis on functionality and other non-functional requirements, such as maintainability and security
- Contributing to your team's approaches to deployment, monitoring and operations, so that we can easily release and run performant and resilient systems in production
- Attending and contributing to all team events, with a focus on improvement
- With a challenging Programme of Work, you will be assigned to one or more initiatives, liaising with third parties as well as all areas within LGIM and the wider L&G Group
- Engaging at all stages of the project & service lifecycle, with the opportunity to see process/system changes right the way through from design to early life support
- Ensuring that service delivery is consistent with business needs and user requirements
- Championing of Continual Service Improvement, proactively striving to improve the services we provide
- ITIL Service Management (or equivalent)
- Strong C# development skills combined with SQL
- VBA (MS Access and MS Excel)
- .NET Framework, Azure DevOps
- Appreciation of the Retail Investments and the regulatory frameworks
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodology and CI/CD
