- Define standards for technology resilience and manage Disaster Recovery programs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain backups and conduct data restoration exercises.
- Test Disaster Recovery plans, monitor key performance indicators, and align efforts with operational resilience frameworks.
- Develop resilience plans, policies, and procedures to mitigate threats.
- Report to the Operational Resilience Manager and strengthen the global technology infrastructure.
- Expertise in IT, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity.
- Preferred certifications in relevant disciplines (CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security +, CISM, CISSP or COBIT 5)
- Baseline knowledge of resilience frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002 and COBIT)
