In Henley on Thames, this lovely setting are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their team, in leading a busy room and working with the management team in the day to day running of their great purpose built setting.

Offering a great salary c£26k plus depending on experience with onsite parking, lots of other goodies including a £2,500 starter bonus.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
