This role will be in the newly created Front Office Services Team.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with the Clients Front Office
  • Taking a structured approach towards developing potential in team members to better perform in current role and supporting career progression
  • Mentoring direct (and indirect) reports with technical and other knowledge to help ensure that outputs meet quality standards and drive business success
  • Managing the overall team, line management of direct reports, adherence to agreed budget, risk and other control metrics
  • Manage Data & Pricing Operations team including onshore and offshore resources
  • Play a lead role in overseeing the delivery of the data & pricing strategy and in managing our Data/Pricing Operations capability
  • A critical role, assisting with solution delivery. Underpinned by robust processes and controls that assure data quality
  • Overseeing production and dissemination of data to key stakeholders
  • Supporting client data related regulatory developments and requirements
  • Support the Front Office in the execution of their core activities in a changing and dynamic environment by ensuring the provision of accurate, timely and comprehensive information.
  • Assist with the development of the Data and Pricing function to provide a wideranging service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • To provide support to the front office to ensure trades booked are monitored through to successful settlement. This will include robust oversight of JPM IOS
  • To constantly challenge all current processes and procedures to identify any potential for process improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Education in Business, Economics, Investments or Mathematics would be useful, although no formal qualifications are required
  • IMC an advantage

Experience & Skills / Knowledge:


  • Aladdin experience preferable
  • SQL knowledge preferable
  • Good understanding across front to back Investment processes
  • Sound knowledge of all asset classes
  • Previous team management experience
  • Previous Pricing experience preferable
  • Numerate and able to interpret financial data quickly and effectively
  • Effective time management and ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Communication excellent inter personal skills and documentation maintenance
  • Ability to problem solve and work with mínimal supervision
  • Previous experience of investment management processes
