The Customer Service Administrator will provide administrative support for the customer service area of the business. This role is a great fit for someone who is enthusiastic about collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

Raise work orders and job cards for production and process invoice queries accurately and in a timely manner.
Create, manange, and update all reporting.
Maintain and manage an organised filing system for easy document retrieval.

What you'll bring:

5 GCSEs with English and Maths at A C or at 9 or equivalent relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive, selfmotivated, with the ability to prioritise workload.
Experience using SAP is advantageous but not required.
