We are on the lookout for an Architectural Technologist to join an Architectural practice located in Yeovil.

This RIBA Practice's portfolio spans a diversity of scales and offers a range of services including Architecture, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture and Principal Designer.

They currently employ over 40 members of staff in their office which brings vibrancy, culture and diversification to the business.

With that, they have managed to build a working culture on the principles of openness, collaboration and diverse opinions.

With over 30+ years of experience, they have grown and built a team of talented people working in every aspect of the built environment.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will have the primary focus of RIBA work stages 3-5, involving the creation and development of design proposals and planning applications.

You will also gain the experience of actively engaging with clients, consultants and contractors.

This Yeovil-based Architectural practice is ideally looking for someone who is highly motivated and organised with effective communication skills; has knowledge of the construction realm and is eager to develop this skill base; has some experience working in a UK practice and has some knowledge of sustainable, low carbon building technologies.

The Role:
Architectural Technologist

High-quality delivery of written and drawn information
Design proposals and planning applications through technical specifications
Tender packages
Detailed construction drawings
RIBA Stages 3-5
Site appraisals, surveys and site inspections
AutoCAD and Revit The salary for this position is £26,000 - £36,000 (DOE).
