Generous basic salary between £19,253 to £25,700
Depending on experience

Monday to Friday hours (8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm) with NO WEEKENDS:

Flexible hybrid working from home pattern after passing probation of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office

Minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

As a Motor claims handler, you will be the
first point of call via telephone for a customer who has been involved in a motor accident.

You will record, process and settle First Notification of Loss motor claims and ensure files are kept up to date.

You will be trained to identify potential fraud cases and effectively negotiate with customers and suppliers.

You will need excellent communication, time management and organisation skills and have a logical approach to resolving problems.
