    Purpose of the role As a Digital Assistant you'll be joining a fast-paced team that is responsible for the Live Group's expanding digital product portfolio, a vital element of most of our events.

    You'll be building event registration websites and mobile apps*, using our proprietary software, collating and managing delegate data, and supporting with badging for our global events.

    *We're not coders, fear not – our in-house tools do a lot of the hard work for us, plus we have a team of developers on hand.

    You will be responsible for supporting and delivering elements of multiple projects, which will involve onsite delivery at times. You will also support other teams within the company, including design, project and product development functions. There is opportunity for international travel.

    ResponsibilitiesTo use internal systems to build and manage a diverse range of meetings, conferences, and events on behalf of clients.

    This will include but not be limited to event registration websites, event apps, event badging, and other digital tools.

    Support on client websites and apps, ensuring assets are accessible on time and in line with the project plan To work with the client to ensure the website build meets the agreed scope, following a client brief Support with the testing all products, features and developments to ensure they meet the design, quality and user experience specification Manage and edit client assets in line with project plan Support multiple concurrent projects to a high standard To support the team with managing event inboxes, pulling delegate reports, taking call notes and general event admin To provide onsite support for projects across the UK and internationally To work as part of a wider project team to deliver outstanding results for our clients, which includes design, technical production and content creation To ensure all relevant team members are updated throughout event life cycle Responsibility for compliance with GDPR and data security regulations and best practice (we are ISO 27001 certified) To give clear briefs to all members of the team to ensure successful and timely delivery of the event To actively promote the company and its services wherever possible; to grow projects and suggest innovative ways of working to clients To support the Digital Team on larger digital projects.

    About you Experience of dealing with customers via email and telephone An understanding of event and delegate management tools such as Cvent would be advantageous An interest in how digital tools support with and enhance an event Educated to degree level preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of or an interest in design would be a bonus Thorough and with a high attention to detailStrong work ethic.
