What you will do:


  • Hold a central view of the integrated delivery roadmap for Enterprise Solution(s) being delivered across Value Streams understanding risks, dependencies and facilitating problemsolving to clear the path for delivery of an integrated solution
  • Support feature teams with the facilitation of events that provide collaboration, engagement with business owners, tracking and presenting progress updates
  • Provide tailored communications to all levels of the business, remove impediments, ensure process adherence, actively manage risk, forecast estimation and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate ceremonies to understand interteam dependencies and provide assurance to teams on elements of governance, process, stakeholder engagement and RAID management
  • Support the Head of Delivery with accurate financial management, forecasting, actuals and variances analysis
  • Influence Value Stream and Feature Team leadership, as appropriate, to ensure backlog items are understood and prioritised within each Value Stream

What you will need:


  • Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
  • Ability to operate at a holistic level, joining components together to facilitate problem solving with a diverse group of stakeholders and tell a compelling story of where we are with change outcomes
  • Experience leading delivery of Change in both agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring delivery to time and within budget
  • Understanding of operational and delivery risk and experience managing them with a range of stakeholders
  • Understanding of technology concepts and solutions across the spectrum of delivery
