Customer Service / Security Supervisor:
Must have experience hotel experience also good.
Shift 4 on 4 off 12 Days Hour shifts.
Responsible for the supervision of Security Officers on the site. Providing Customer services delivering High standards of conduct and efficiency.
Must be familiar with all standing Instructions and other Orders as may be issued from time to time. To provide client services and Security services. Good under standing of Microsoft excel/ word etc.
Performing patrols of the estate. Checking everything is in good working order.
Responsible for the submission of site visit reports. Keeping and organising documents.
To check the Daily Report is maintained correctly and any incidents have been dealt with properly and relevant report completed and actioned.
To support the Security Officers and Customer service in the day to day running.
To ensure a safe working environment for the team using the Departmental Health and Safety File, Fire Procedures and Risk Assessments.
