• Program, set and run 5 Axis Mazak Mill via Mazatrol and/or Hypermill.
• Program, set and operate Hydrafeed Robojob robot for production batch work.
• Determine optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup.
• Understand and implement work holding for manufacturing processes.
• Works with the production teams to provide set and run times for quotations for various products and projects.
• Provides input into proposals, manages and communicates to key stakeholders.
• Works alongside the Operations team in line with business imperatives.
• Provides clear technical input into specific projects as required.
• Provides technical support (liaising internally regarding technical aspects).
• Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation.
• Maintains documentation to achieve full standards of traceability.
• Supports the Operations and Technical Team with Design, CAD/CAM processes, ensuring on time delivery is achieved.
• Provides guidance on different approaches to development and delivery of solutions/systems that could yield better results.
• Actively works with other members of the team to increase quality.
• Supports production and inspection activities following instructions and processes to ensure products are delivered effectively, efficiently, ontime, to specification and in a costeffective manner.
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
• Fully contributes to the process of continuous improvements and company goal of achieving zero defects and 100% on time delivery.
• To maintain work equipment and a safe and well organised workstation.
• To complete safety checks to ensure machine and work equipment is in good working order.
• Assist in work centre housekeeping and any 5S activities.
• Actively supports and contributes to the operational excellence activities, inclusive of compliance with 5S methodology and the visualised management tools.
• Ensure compliance: ISO9001.

• Mazatrol programming experience an advantage
• Hypermill experience an advantage.
• Previous experience of programming, setting and operating CNC mills and manual mills.
• Experience of working within the automotive or/and aerospace industry would be an advantage.
• The ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
• Be able to work to strict deadlines.
• Experienced in performing 1st mechanical inspection checks.
• General understanding of industry standards and regulations in order to ensure guidelines are followed and machinery and equipment are operated safety.
• Has developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through jobrelated training and considerable onthejob expertise.
• Basic PC skills.
• Good time management.
• Good attention to detail to allow you to maintain or exceed high levels of production standards and efficiency.
• Ability to fully contribute to the process of continuous improvements.
• Good understanding of working in similar high technology environment.
