Quotes Co-Ordinator - Sutton-in-Ashfield / Permanent position

Salary - £25,000 per annum

Working hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm / Monday to Friday
Work from Home available - Minimum 3 days on site each week required (days worked are rotated across the team) - After 6 months training

The main focus of the role will be to obtain quotes for contracts in place on company products, evaluate the quotes and to provide customers with the best technical solution.

This role will not consist of any sales.

Other duties include:


  • Accurately and efficiently evaluate customer specifications to create quotations for products
  • To evaluate incoming customer purchase orders, ensuring the product matches the customer requirement
  • Oversee and manage accounts
  • Management of key contracts, ensuring all aspects of the project are controlled
  • Be proactive in the identification and full investigation of customer complaints
  • Account Management experience
  • Great team player
  • Experience working in a similar role is required
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
