Description
Accurately read all patient related communications, ensuring they relate to the correct registered patient. Those not related to a registered patient are returned to the originator in a timely and appropriate manner.

Identify and record relevant information Forward workflow documents through to appropriate coding team for action where necessary according to Clinical Workflow Protocols.

Take part in data collection and audits to help understand data Work as part of the Workflow Team to ensure work is kept up to date.
