- Work autonomously within Trust policy and professional practice and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

- Contribute to the development of the Falls and Fracture prevention service. Participating in service development events and providing Band 6 Physiotherapy clinical leadership.
- Supervise Therapy Support Workers.
- Comply with statutory requirements for physiotherapy and with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and HPC standards and codes of professional conduct
- Deputise for the team leader as required.
- Be responsible for the personal development plan of an identified junior team member.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- HPC registration
- Evidence of CPD in the form of a detailed personal development portfolio
- Evidence of relevant post graduate training
- Evidence of relevant post graduate training/courses in specific clinical areas appropriate to post
- Membership of relevant special interest group
- Advanced clinical reasoning skills (in specific clinical area)
- Specialist knowledge in anatomy and physiology to support relevant clinical skills.
- Knowledge of areas of clinical governance including quality, audit and risk management.
- Basic understanding of computers and their applications.
- Teaching, Supervisory and Appraisal skills and experience
- Appropriate level of post registration experience

Bury Community Falls and Fracture Prevention service are looking to recruit a full time physiotherapist to assist in the specialist assessment and treatment of patients in the community who have been referred to the Falls Prevention service.
You will participate in the delivery of care for community based patients and evaluate interventions developed to patients needs.
You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team within the Falls and Fracture Prevention Service.
