Within this role you will be responsible for:

Daily order loading and quote activities
Supporting the sales teams in providing excellent service
Prioritising own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA's are achieved.
Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Customer focused
Excellent organisation skills
Effective time management and prioritising skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook

Location - Bracknell

Salary £24,000 pro rata
