    Commis Chef at Resorts World Birmingham

Situated opposite the Resorts World Arena and the NEC, this location attracts millions of visitors annually for concerts, exhibitions, and events, offering a lively working environment by the beautiful lakeside.

They are currently seeking a diligent Commis Chef to join their team on a part-time basis, working 32 hours per week with flexibility required for shifts throughout the week.

    Key Competencies:

    • Assisting with the smooth running of kitchen preparation areas
    • Supporting food production and menu ideation
    • Maintaining kitchen work areas in compliance with regulations
    • Ensuring kitchen equipment is in good working order
    • Reporting faulty equipment and organizing storerooms

    Skills and Experience required:

    • Prior experience as a Commis Chef
    • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently
    • Detail-oriented and meticulous
