Customer Service Administrator

Permanent

Northampton, NN3

Monday to Friday, with 2 monthly Saturdays (paid overtime)

Up to £24,000 DOE plus bonus

Our financial services client is seeking a
Customer Service Administratorto join their existing team.


Extensive training will be offered, and this will be great opportunity for you to gain experience within the financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client and supplier requests
  • Produce finance documentation and forwarding to brokers
  • Processing welcome packs
  • Daily and adhoc administration tasks

Skills and Experience required from the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a regulated administrative role
  • A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
  • Efficient administration skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative with a cando attitude
  • Ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment
  • IT Literate including Excel and Word
