    Internal Salesperson In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of building supplies products therefore previous sales experience in a similar role within a builder's merchant environment is essential.

    Responsibilities and DutiesProviding quotations for customersDealing with customers both face to face and over the telephoneGiving excellent customer service and sound product advice Taking a proactive approach to building product sales, using every opportunity to make or increase a sale.

    Use a customer relationship management system (CRM) holding a portfolio of 50 + customersGenerate new business with existing and new customersUpsell and gap analysis on existing customersCold callingLead qualifyingQuote follow upQualifications and SkillsMotivated, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, positive attitudeSound building supplies knowledge is requiredPrevious sales experience in a builder's merchant environment is a necessityConfident dealing with customersThe ability to build great customer relationshipsA good telephone manner, excellent communication and interpersonal skillComputer literate.
