    Position Overview:


    We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in order processing, customer service, and sales administration tasks.


    Responsibilities:

    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
    • Assist with sales administration tasks and documentation.
    • Maintain CRM systems and customer databases.
    • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order fulfilment.
    • Generate sales reports and analyse sales data.
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales administration and customer service.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment.
    • Knowledge of technical fabrics or related industries is a plus
