    Description

    Role Description: Sales Representative – Non-Mechanical Equipment Hire

    Location: Yorkshire

    Pay: £40,000 - £45,000 + Commission + Company Car

    The Company

    One of the UK's largest suppliers of non-mechanical access systems, scaffolding and safety products for hire and sale. Through a nationwide network of branches and lorry fleet it provides a full hire and sale service to the Construction, Events, Industrial and Utility sectors.

    The Role & Responsibilities

    As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts in the non-mechanical hire sector across the Yorkshire area. You will be primarily selling into the construction sector, targeting main and subcontractors.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to grow revenue and market share in the non-mechanical hire sector.
    • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Managing and growing existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborating with our technical team to develop customized solutions for our clients.
    • Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
    • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    • On the road 4 days a week visiting customers and job sites.
    The Ideal Candidate
    • A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
    • preferably experience in the non-mechanical hire sector or general hire.
    • Driven & Motivated to succeed.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • A strategic mindset with progression in mind.
