- Assisting in developing and implementing employees move dashboard to enable monitoring and key metrics reporting for staffing.
- Tracking and following up of employees' letters of assignment and promotions.
- Tracking progress of the yearly recruitment plan, providing regular status updates, and supporting with the interview processes when required.
- Supporting the Workforce Managers with headcount consolidations in the quarterly forecast reviews
- Supporting the implementation of various career development initiatives.
- Monitoring the headcount governance implementation & recruiting progress
- Developing extensive relationships with key stakeholders to enable good communication and smooth implementation of processes.
- Keep abreast of all new Digital & Integration and companywide HR initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- English language as a minimum, a second language is beneficial.
