    We have an exciting opportunity to join the OryxAlign Team as an HR & Office Coordinator who will support in ensuring we have a positive employee experience.

    Overall purpose

    As an HR & Office Support Coordinator you will be reporting into the Head of HR to provide administrative support and coordination of key HR activities in support of ensuring we provide excellent employee experience from onboarding new hires through their employment lifecycle. This role also works closely with the Executive Assistant supporting the smooth running of the offices and compliance with ISO and HSE.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting the recruitment onboarding and induction process from offer through to end of probation.
    • Ensuring all employee data is kept up to date and processing employee documentation.
    • Reviewing employee experience through the onboarding process highlighting success and suggesting improvements.
    • Horizon scanning for employment legislation changes.
    • Communication with regular and relevant updates to employees ensuring they are well informed.
    • General HR support and involvement in HR projects.
    • Taking an active role in our Social and Wellbeing Team.
    • Office support including front of house and providing refreshments for client/supplier meetings
    • General facilities management
    • Support ensuring OryxAlign's offices meet ISO9001 and HSE requirements.
    • Supporting with a range of company level events and activities, including all-in days and arranging lunches.
    • Support with office policies, procedures, and processes.

    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Confidential and confident handling sensitive information.
    • Flexible and able to manage a range of requirements.
    • Capable at internal and external stakeholder management with the ability to build trusted relationships.
    • Excellent communication skills being confident to liaise at all levels of the business
    • Process oriented.

    The successful candidate may be in an administrative role already and looking to grow and develop their skills further.

    What experience and expertise is expected of our HR & Office Coordinator:

    • Experience in a busy administrative environment.
    • Experience of handling confidential and sensitive data
    • Computer literate with ability to learn quickly
    • Some experience or awareness of HR, ISO, Health & Safety and Office Management is desirable.
