    Business Development Manager (Plant/Generator Rental) - Battery Storage UK&ILocation: Remote (Ideally based within the Midlands or North of England)

    Basic Salary:

    Between £40k - £50k + 20% Bonus OTE Year 1Benefits: Flexible working, Career Development Plan, Regular travel, full medical and dental insuranceAbout the companyOur client is a disruptive solution provider who enables the decarbonisation of conventional power generator assets; As a business development manager, you will join their Sales and Marketing team, acting as a driving force for the UK&I market expansion goals.

    Whilst their HQ is in Singapore, the UK will act as their Hub for European operations, resulting in a fantastic opportunity for both domestic and international opportunities within the business.

    In summary, the company enables a fantastic platform for driven, autonomous and resourceful individuals who enjoy identifying and securing new business opportunities; QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, business, or renewable energy.

    Experience within plant or generator rental fields is strongly preferred.
    Technologically savvy - comfortable using and maintaining CRM systems and other digital tools.

    Managing distributors using your natural relationship-building skillsSupporting existing customers, understanding their future development plans, and building new opportunitiesCreating and presenting proposals for customers to match their specific needs.

    Building leads, through attending and presenting at events, providing case studies, referrals, cold-calling, and other creative ways of reaching our customersCollaborate closely with the company's engineers to bring feedback for product development.
