- Designing, developing, and optimising a range of membership marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to different geographies, sectors, buying roles and lifecycle stages
- Leveraging new product developments to promote the full value and potential of the network to both current and prospective members
- Designing, creating, maintaining, and optimising automated lead nurturing programs
- Intelligent lead management, working closely with the sales team to identify, nurture and convert strong membership prospects
- Developing and deploying impactful messaging for different target audiences, clearly articulating the value of membership
- Developing and implementing targeted communications plans to keep members engaged and informed of network developments
- Social media marketing, including creating engaging social media posts and campaigns, responding to enquiries and comments, and monitoring engagement metrics
- Building and maintaining effective, on-brand email templates
- Extracting actionable insights from various sources of data/reporting
- Minimum of 4 years' professional marketing experience
- Strong relevant experience in membership or subscriptions marketing
- A successful track record of planning, executing and reporting on highly targeted and effective B2B email marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ESPs and marketing automation platforms (ideally, Hubspot)
- Excellent written communication skills and substantial experience of copywriting
- Well-versed in email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, lead management and marketing automation
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
- Organised and diligent in your work, showing great attention to detail
- A creative thinker, with a good eye for design
