    Description

    The account management support role is an exciting new opportunity to contribute to the success of a well established team in their management of an increasing portfolio of business customers.

    Provide assistance to account managers to ensure successful resolution of customer contacts
    Day to day administration of the team's emails and cases within CRM
    Maintain the CRM system with customer and contact data
    Provide support with the new and partial SPID process
    Ad hoc duties to help the account management teamwith any necessary business matters.
    Commercial and operational awareness
    Confidence in using internal and external software systems, outlook, word and excel
    Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills
