Location : Christchurch, UK, Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week*

Purpose of the role

• Responsible for managing all critical paths
• Track work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to your project team, identifying any potential risks
• Build strong relationships with our manufacturing partners.
• Engage/collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project viability.
• Ability to lead clear briefs and communicate efficiently to our buying teams.
• Speak & present with confidence on project status updates.
• Ability to understand the technical make up of a product.
• Be able to work with large amounts of detail.
• Support with exceptional presentations for our customers.

Scope & Relationships

• UK & EU supplier facing and Solent Asia buying team
• Retailer facing for all live projects
• Internally face into all product, technical, design and supply chain teams
• Internal Stakeholder management

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing the project work in line with the plan and will often report progress to senior managers.
• Manage the product development from Concept stage to finished goods
• Managing the production of the required deliverables. planning and monitoring the project. Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
• Planning is key, ability to be reactive and to present solutions
• Contribute to Category plans for the financial year with quarterly reviews
• To manage our project management tool Asana ensure content is accurate and updated weekly.
• Reviewing emails and project requirements, conducting meetings with teams and stakeholders, scheduling, monitoring metrics and more
• Occasional travel is required to manufacturers and customer meetings
