We are a young company, funded by private equity and government contracts, and led by experienced innovators. You'll join as the Junior Engineer, into a growing team based in Coventry (CV3), with trial locations further afield.
Our technology has many applications across the globe. Together we'll create beneficial opportunities for change in municipal wastewater, farming, humanitarian relief, military logistics, leisure and many more sectors. Not only will you help create zero emission hydrogen (the fuel of the future) you'll also aid in the fight against water scarcity, disease, and inequality.

Entry Level. An ideal role for a recent graduate.
Your Role
You'll join a growing multidisciplined engineering team that is scaling up new innovations from our labs to meet the requirements of our customers.
Typical duties will include...
· Participation in design workshops.
· Evaluating innovation via physical prototyping.
· Verifying our designs meet internal best practice and customer/sector requirements.
· Assembly and disassembly of prototypes.
· Verification and validation of assembled systems / sub-systems.
· Identifying potential suppliers.
· Monitoring component stock levels and cross-checking lead times with prototype build timing.
· Commissioning test cell (including remote data loggers).
Skill, knowledge, experience
What are we looking to see in an ideal candidate?
· Personable with excellent written and spoken communications skills.
· Detail oriented.
· A-Level, HNC, HND, Degree or Master's in electronics or systems engineering.
· Minimum of two A-Levels from the following; - mathematics, physics, electronics / electrical systems, software development.
· No prior laboratory experience required.
· Any prior qualifications in hardware development, software development, (circuit development) bread-boarding, simulation or manufacturing are desirable.
· Awareness of project management techniques, including PRINCE2, AGILE, Waterfall and spiral development.
Particulars
Role reports to: Chief Engineer
Annual renumeration: £23 - 28k + Pension
Holiday allowance: 25 days + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
Typical working hours: 37.5 hour per week
