Absolute Recruitment is working exclusively with an entrepreneurial, high-growth business in the Property sector who are expecting to double in size over the next 2 years.

Following their continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a dynamicand commercially astute Finance Director to join their scaling business initially on a Part Time basis.

As part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Finance Director will manage the finance department and partnering with the Directors, will have direct input on commercial decisions and financial strategy to support the business growth plans.

This role would suit a qualified Finance Director who has a passion for improving processes, controls and systems and who can influence strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Management of the finance function and mentor/develop the finance team
Preparation and presentation of insightful monthly MI to the Board
Detailed analysis and provide financial advice to SMT and Directors
Business Partner with key budget holders and manage annual budgets
Manage all statutory accounts and legal financial obligations.
Be part of the senior management team to help drive commercial strategy and operations
Implement best practice and develop processes, controls and systems
Support business with any fundraising and M&A activity
