    Systems & Database Analyst (12-month FTC)
    UK HEAD OFFICE / MANCHESTER / FTC /


    SALARY:

    COMPETITIVE

    Reporting to the Business Project & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the technical aspects of IT, systems data, operational change & developments undertaken at MPM.

    Own the setup & maintenance of system data including Products, New Customers, Customer Prices, Price Bands & Analysis codes.

    Create & maintain system stationery/reports using Sage Report Designer for Invoices, Order Acknowledgments, Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists.
    Provide support to build & amend all company SQL reports/queries.
    Perform administrator tasks of key systems & portals via the server


    Including:
    – Sage 200 Administrator for user permissions – Spindle Document Manager – Spindle Invoice Recognition – Fusion Excel – Certify
    Maintain MPM's Sage upload templates such as New Line Forms, Customer/Supplier Price Templates & Fusion Excel.
    Provide admin/technical support & ensure our non-integrated platforms are optimized. – Perfion (Product Information)– Q-Pulse (Product Specifications / Supplier Documents / Complaints / KPI's)– 1-CRM (CRM System for Customer Services)– Relex – Security platforms (Phishing Training)– Asset Panda – Esko – Ecosurety (Packaging Platform)
    Maintain MPM's Excel template. Including but not limited to, New Line Form, Customer Price Templates and Fusion Excel upload.
    Projects
    Attend project workshops and offer technical support to drive improvements of the following. – Systems Upgrades – EDI systems – Supply & Demand software – Relex- CRM rollout
    Collaborate & learn from external contractors to provide ongoing system improvements.
    Ensure best practices across the business in terms of IT usage.
    Assist in MPM's yearly cyber review & IT roadmap actions.
    High level of IT knowledge including an understanding of SQL
    – IT literate & proficient use of Microsoft applications
