Star OUTiCO is recruiting for an exciting position for Product Support Our client is a pioneering healthcare company that provides diagnostic and monitoring products to hospitals, laboratories, and A&E services.

They are global leaders in several therapy areas and have a strong focus on research and development.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Processing internal and external customer enquiries / complaints and troubleshooting
  • Identification or product quality issues and escalation to the next level of skill and / or specialism
  • Evaluation work in Test IT environment to assist troubleshooting
  • Planned maintenance activities to assist field support representatives, i.e. maintenance, installation, modification
  • Assisting sales personnel with instrument demonstrations, as required
  • Ensure safety standards are met and carry out responsibilities laid out in Health and Safety Manual
  • Ensure that training is undertaken to develop an awareness of IT security and governance with specific reference to patient identifiable data (PID) and to operate in line with local information security standards, local policies and processes, and the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • Degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Demonstrable experience of working in the Point of Care (POC) and/or Laboratory environment
  • Good understanding of the Information Solutions IT portfolio
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
  • Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
